Your role:

• Client interaction - support our clients and their customers through email, ensuring top-notch service.

• Tech & process - process orders, generate reports, and contribute to business reviews via our in-house platform.

• Problem solving - use your creativity to resolve issues and enhance customer experiences.

• Collaboration - work closely with teams to improve internal processes and customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for:

• A degree in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.

• Experience in customer service or success roles.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proactive, positive, and ready to contribute to a growing team.
